Welcome! I'm Yael, and I'm so glad you're here.
My journey began in Israel, brought me to Australia, where I raised my two children on the Sunshine Coast, and ultimately led me to a successful corporate career in recruitment and HR. From the outside, I had it all, earning great money at the peak of my profession.
But inside, I felt a deep disconnect—a pervasive sense of fatigue, frustration, and a yearning for something more.
"This can't be it for the next 50+ years," I thought.
That search for fulfilment and belonging led me to Human Design and Gene Keys, which became pivotal in discovering my authentic self and true life path. I'm incredibly grateful for those past challenges; they guided me to my gift.
Today, I use Human Design, Gene Keys, and holistic arts therapy to guide my clients, helping them unlock their own purpose and navigate their unique life paths.
As a 5/1 Visionary Projector, I'm here to share the knowledge, wisdom, and insights that have the potential to transform and improve your journey, just as they did mine.
When I'm not guiding clients through deep processes of healing and transformation, you can find me volunteering for Mental Health Support Lines, immersed in a good book, enjoying time with loved ones, practising meditation and yoga, or exploring new spiritual insights. I also love to bake fresh bread and cakes in my kitchen!

Yael's Skills and Experience
My path to guiding others is built on a strong foundation of both academic rigour and real-world experience. I hold a Bachelor of Behavioral Science (majoring in Psychology and Sociology) and a Master of Arts in Organisational Counselling and Development. These degrees provided the initial framework for understanding human behaviour and organisational dynamics.
To further deepen my ability to support individuals through life's challenges, I completed a practitioner certification in Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy. This enables me to provide practical tools and skills for managing stress, navigating challenging times, and cultivating self-awareness.
A pivotal shift in my own life, and subsequently my practice, came with my certifications as a Quantum Human Design Specialist and in Gene Keys (The Golden Path program). These profound systems have not only transformed my personal journey but also provided powerful insights for my clients.
Beyond formal education, I bring extensive international and local experience in Human Resources & Employment Consultancy. For years, I actively recruited, supported, and empowered hundreds of employees from diverse backgrounds, honing my skills in understanding individual potential and navigating complex human interactions.
